The adolescent phase, which is a transition period between childhood and adulthood, creates its own challenges with physical, emotional and social changes. The influence of mass media, especially social media, can lead to negative impacts, including the risk of sexual violence. Using educational and interactive methods, the socialization process involves students from various fields of study to provide vocational students with an understanding of the types of sexual violence, how to avoid it, and positive behavior in social media. The evaluation results through pre and post-tests indicate an increase in students' knowledge after the socialization. A 92% of the students understand that sexual violence can happen to anyone, and 100% of the students comprehend the importance of proper internet etiquette and the risks associated with irresponsible use of social media. From the results, it is evident that this approach is effective in raising students' awareness about the risks of sexual violence and the importance of parents' role in the use of social media.

Munir Alinu Mulki, Mally Ghinan Sholih, Marsah Rahmawati Utami, Dewi Pratiwi Purba Siboro
Antibiotics are substances or compounds that are either synthetically produced or naturally generated by microorganisms, especially fungi. They are used as inhibitors of other microorganisms. The use of antibiotics in humans is based on their minimal toxicity to the human body. Inaccurate and prolonged use of antibiotics can lead to the development of resistance. A step taken to minimize antibiotic resistance is the introduction of the 2023 PITIK (Penyuluhan Informasi Tentang Antibiotik) program. Thirty-three participants from the community around Kampung Rawa Panjang, Gang Pemuda, RT 01/RW 05, Kota Bekasi, attended this antibiotic education program. Education for the community was conducted using a cross-sectional approach and a questionnaire as an instrument. The results of questionnaire data analysis show that public understanding of the definition, how it works, side effects, how to purchase and how to use antibiotics correctly increased from 27.3% to 93.9%. Therefore, it can be concluded that this education program helps improve public awareness of the proper use of antibiotics.

Peran Industri Rumahan dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Peningkatan Pendapatan Masyarakat Desa di Desa Rampoang Kabupaten Luwu Utara
Tiara Pramuditya, Ilham Ilham

This study analyzes the community empowerment process and its impact on welfare through the Argo Mulyo Parijotho Syrup Home Industry in Colo Village, Kudus. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving the business owner, employees, farmers, and traders. The results indicate that the empowerment process occurs in three stages: awareness, capacity building, and independence. Utilizing Parijotho fruit provides economic value-added, enhances skills, and strengthens social participation. The impact of this empowerment is reflected in increased income, job creation, and market certainty for farmers. Nevertheless, the program still faces constraints regarding business scale, marketing, and the level of community independence. Therefore, sustained support—through management training, access to capital, product innovation, and the strengthening of marketing networks—is essential to ensure the long-term sustainability of this local potential-based empowerment program.

Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Perspektif Kepemimpinan Kepala Kampung Bulusari Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Desa
Rendi Pratama, Sainul Sainul
Low community participation resulting from centralistic leadership patterns remains a primary obstacle in village development, suggesting that the effective implementation of Law Number 6 of 2014 requires strengthening through inclusive leadership models. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the relationship between the leadership pattern of the Village Head of Bulusari and the effectiveness of community empowerment programs in Central Lampung Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data gathered through in-depth interviews with key informants (the Village Head, hamlet heads, and residents), non-participant observation, and documentary studies, followed by a reductive-categorical analysis. The findings reveal that empowerment in Bulusari Village is manifested through both physical schemes (irrigation infrastructure and roads) and non-physical initiatives (nutritional health and youth development). The Village Head implements a progressive-participatory leadership style that integrates instructive, consultative, and participatory functions throughout every stage of policy-making. Nevertheless, community participation has not yet reached an optimal level due to structural barriers, specifically low collective awareness and village budget constraints. This research contributes to the development of village leadership models based on strengthening social capital as a prerequisite for village autonomy, in alignment with national regulatory mandates.

Irrational use of medicines poses significant health risks, particularly in communities with limited access to pharmaceutical information. This study aimed to evaluate short-term changes in knowledge following education on DAGUSIBU (Get, Use, Store, and Dispose of Medicines Properly) and Beyond Use Date (BUD) among mothers attending Posyandu Jeruk, Semarang. The activity employed a pre–post evaluative design without a control group and involved 20 participants. Knowledge levels were assessed using a structured questionnaire administered before and immediately after the educational session. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The mean knowledge score increased from 5.75 to 7.40 (p = 0.001), indicating a statistically significant short-term improvement in knowledge. These findings suggest that DAGUSIBU and BUD education was associated with an immediate increase in participant knowledge; however, causal relationships and long-term impacts cannot be inferred from this study.
