Welcome to the ETFLIN Library Resource Center. We are committed to supporting the global library community by providing high-quality scholarly content, robust metadata, and seamless system integration. Below you will find the technical specifications and resource information required for institutional acquisition and discovery.
Discovery and Metadata Harvesting
To ensure that our content is easily discoverable within library discovery services (such as Primo, Summon, and OCLC), we provide several automated metadata exchange options:
OAI-PMH Protocol: Our journals operate as OAI-compliant data providers using the OAI-PMH v2.0 standard. Librarians can harvest metadata at the journal level by appending

Persistent Identifiers: Every article published across ETFLIN journals is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registered through Crossref. This ensures persistent linking, accurate citation tracking, and eliminates "broken links" within your catalog.
Automated Feed Integration: We provide high-quality metadata to major aggregators and discovery engines, including DOAJ and EBSCO, to ensure our titles are searchable through your library’s existing Link Resolvers.
National Aggregators
Indexing and Quality Assurance
We maintain rigorous editorial standards to ensure our journals meet the criteria of world-class academic databases.
Current Indexing: Our journals are currently indexed and abstracted in DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), and Sinta (Science and Technology Index).
Development Roadmap: We are actively strengthening our editorial workflows and citation impact in preparation for evaluation by Scopus and Web of Science (WoS). We adhere to the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines to ensure the highest level of publishing integrity during this evaluation phase.
Open Access and Licensing Policy
ETFLIN is a staunch supporter of the Open Access movement, removing barriers to knowledge for researchers worldwide.
Licensing: All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
Librarian Rights: This license permits librarians to freely download, archive, and redistribute our content within institutional repositories, provided the original work is properly cited.
Self-Archiving (Sherpa/Romeo): We support institutional self-archiving policies, allowing authors and librarians to deposit the Publisher's Version/Version of Record in any repository.
Preservation and Permanent Archiving
We understand the importance of long-term digital preservation for library collections.
Digital Preservation: To safeguard the scholarly record, we utilize Internet Archive, Garuda, and local data management to ensure that our content remains accessible even in the event of a service disruption.
Reliability: Our platform is powered by the Centralized Oversight and Review Ecosystem (CORE), a proprietary system designed to manage journal articles with optimizations for Google Scholar crawling and long-term data stability.
Institutional Support
We are dedicated to providing excellent service to the librarian community.
Technical Assistance: Our support team can assist with bulk metadata exports, troubleshooting OAI-PMH harvesting, or providing title lists in KBART compatible formats.
