Following are an important checklist for the Editors of ETFLIN Journals that must be paid attention to.

After the initial submission, the Editors must check this before further processing
- The ORCID ID should be only the numbers, not the link.
- The Scopus ID should be only the numbers, not the link.
- The affiliation panel should not contain symbols.
- The article title should not contain symbols and uncommon abbreviations.
- The email addresses are correct.
- The article type mentioned in the submitted MS Word file should match the article type available in the online panel.

- The article abstract is lesser than or equal to 250 words.
- During the publication process, the date written in the Final PDF file should match the date entered in manuscript manager.
- The email address must be correct and verified.
- The ORCID ID should be only the numbers, not the link.

- The affiliation panel should not contain symbols.
- The affiliation submitted online matches the affiliation provided in the MS Word file.
- Before online publication, it is compulsory to format the references of all articles using the "Numbering feature".
- The XML file for submission to crossref must be thoroughly checked and re-checked before submission.
- The ORCID value must be authenticated and its value should be "true".
- The affiliation of the each authors must be present and should not be missing.
- Check the publication date, acceptance date, journal volume, issue, page numbers, doi, article ID, publisher, etc.
- Check for any missing values so that correction can be made.
