The following behaviors are strictly prohibited at all times in ETFLIN activities and communication channels:

1. Sexual harassment: Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.

2. Bullying and discrimination: Any behavior that intimidates, degrades, or belittles an individual or a group based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or other personal characteristics.

3. Retaliation: Any retaliation against an individual who reports or opposes harassment in any form.

Reporting and Resolution:

If you experience or witness harassment in any ETFLIN activities or communication channels, please report it immediately to the Editor-in-Chief or the publisher. Confidentiality:

All reports of harassment will be handled confidentially and with respect for the privacy of the individuals involved, to the extent possible. However, we may need to share information with relevant parties to conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate action.

Training and Education:
We are committed to promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity in ETFLIN activities and communication channels. To this end, we provide training and education to all members of our community on how to recognize, prevent, and address harassment.

We will periodically review this policy to ensure that it remains up-to-date and aligned with best practices in preventing harassment and promoting inclusivity. By adopting this policy, we hope to create a safe and respectful environment for all members of our community, and to promote a culture of respect and inclusivity that fosters academic excellence and innovation.
